I am teaching a class on Tuesday Evening Oct 6th at Ever After Scrapbooks in Vista. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness 10% of the class fee's will be donated to the SGK fund being raised by Ever Afters Annual Survivor crop....This store and its amazing group of gals have raised well over $100,000 dollars over the past several years.
I have a pretty cool idea for a vintagey halloween project....but I don't have a class planned with it...So i would only make it limited edition first come first serve kind of thing. I have gotten at least a dozen or so requests for it so it is quite tempting....

So, I took Sophia yesterday to get her belly button pierced. I decided to take pictures to document this rather odd yet somewhat momentous occasion. Odd because I said yes (to both of my older daughters) and momentous because I finally had time to take her. Mel is marking her belly here

Her dad hates needles----he would have been passed out cold on the floor watching this! No lie! I am sure when his family reads this they will show him just to see his reaction.

Found objects that have meaning to you (old earrings, keys, bottle caps, film strips)
4x6 sepia or BW photo (2 of the same photo just in case) printed from your computer is fine.
We had a blast getting completely full of paint, ink and glitter! I love seeing how each of the ladies put their own twist on the project!...The results were FABU!!!! (I know it is not a real word)
Everybody's cover was just a little bit different...I was super impressed, we didn't get as glittery as I thought we would!
How cute is this little one, coming to class with her mom, dressed in her Twilight T-shirt reading Eclipse...She's a keeper!
And of course smiling faces during and after class is always a good thing!
